I am a recovering cancer patient, 79 years old. I knew I needed help because I had been sedentary for so long during my illness. When I set out to redevelop the fitness I knew I needed, but wouldn’t do on my own, I needed a coach who would work with me. Not a follow-the-instructions type of video, or someone whose expertise was fresh at the gym. And I’ve never been good at classes. So I interviewed several coaches/trainers and chose Lou. I’m so glad I did. He has gotten to know me, knows my excuses and my avoidance behaviors. Knows my desire, and my commitment. I’m a 64 year old, overweight (my own description) non-athlete who truly wants to be able to go up and down stairs without worry, run around with my grand-daughter (who is getting heavier every day!!), and be strong and confident enough to test myself in a Sprint Triathlon. Lou arrives ready to work with me. I never know for sure what we are going to be doing, which helps me stay interested and involved. What I do know is that I am stronger, more fit, and have more energy. Lou’s insistence on good form means that everything we do has an impact. I always finish our sessions feeling like I’ve done something... but not so wiped out that all I want to do is crawl back on the couch! I’ve talked with other people about the concept of a personal trainer, and sometimes they ask me the cost and kind of choke when I tell them. But... you only have one body. If you’re going to spend those hard earned dollars on one thing, shouldn’t it be your health? I’ve come to grips with that. That this “getting and staying fit” thing should be part of my life. All the time. And Luciano is committed to my life too. I recommend him if you are truly interested in getting your body back... or developing one.

Ralph
Lou is a thoughtful and innovative trainer utilizing a whole body approach to achieve your goals. He will work on your balance and core muscles while strengthening various muscle groups. Or he will work on agility and balance while always focusing on form and making sure you do not injure yourself. Lou will coach you to improve your physical abilities and at the same time work within your physical limitations. He also will provide expert guidance with respect to your nutritional needs. I would recommend Lou to anyone looking for a personal trainer.
